The IRt/c.10 is our biggest precalibrated model, designed to remain reliable under challenging conditions. With the 10:1 FOV it can be placed at larger distances, for example when target is very hot. The built-in airpurge cools the sensor in ambient temperatures up to 200°C. Uses are: oil and gas or chemical applications (since the sensor is intrinsically safe), laundry drying equipment, paint drying.
In contrast to our precalibrated sensors, the IRt/c.10A is an adjustable model, allowing it to be custom calibrated to measure specific targets. Available in a HiE (high emissivity) version for non-metals, and a LoE (low emissivity) version for metals and reflective surfaces. These are generally easier to measure at higher temperatures (above 250°C). The IRt/c.10A has a 10:1 field of view and is mostly used in metallurgic applications (steel industry, furnaces).
